Friday PT @ 0645 hrs

Riverside NCC cadets!

Friday PT is ON again! Get worked out - NCC style - and pump up those muscles and soon the girls will drool over fabulous abs and biceps! The gym beckons, so don't be a chicken and try to excuse yourself from the sessions.

While you are working those muscles, don't forget diet is as important. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of milk and water everyday. Stay smoke-free.

Good luck and see you!

I look forward for your support and comments in this newly created blogspot for our unit. I also hope all of you will take this opportunity to express your thoughts and suggestions on how we can improve our unit in the near future. Furthermore, feel free to share your experience in some of our activities conducted in the holidays such as the Annual Camp. To sum up, this blog will be a great bridge to connnect the cadets with the seniors ,CLTs and Cadet Officers.

Must read for Riverside NCC cadets!!!

Hello to all Riverside NCC cadets! This is your CO posting. As an IT dinosaur, I have surprised myself that I am now able to do what you can see from the blogspot!

I have created this blog with the purpose of fostering closer friendship between fellow cadets. This is in line with the pursuit of a core NCC value - Care for Fellow Cadets. Therefore, I hereby invite all Riverside NCC cadets to post pictures or messages that you would like to share, such as birthday wishes, congratulations, personal experiences of adventure, discipline, etc.

By the time you are reading this, you would have been given the username and password to post pictures and messages directly on the blog.

Needless to say, the NCC core value of Discipline must be observed - hence, no nonsense should be expected. Other than that, anything is welcomed!

Well, it's up to you guys from here. Take care!

Yours,
Andy Wong
